Blackout shades or curtains in every room and Giga Blast Business Speed Wi-Fi are also included. If you are booking a flat that allows pets, the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged. Our home is contactless with seamless and easy self check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke, we will terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties, a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. ..
