One will find it hard to find this amount of square footage in Lakeway for this price. I loved the location right across from the Lakeway pool, around the corner from a nice hiking trail, the trail for walking down Lakeway Blvd, and Lakeway Mart is close. The outside of the condos have new siding, porch and roof so there is little needed for the future. Two new HVAC systems, one up and one down were installed in 2021. I retired recently and want to sell for two reasons, I would like to not have to worry about renters when I travel and I think it would be easier to consolidate and make it simpler for my heirs to settle matters
