I had the recent pleasure of touring these Glenturret Condos and what a treat it was. Situated in the perfect location for anyone working or going to school in University Circle these converted condos are all centered around a surreal courtyard with lush gardens and a wisteria covered arbor. This location is in high demand-a few blocks from Cedar Fairmount, Little Italy, and Coventry! The best part is the price! Everything is new inside including granite kitchen, bathroom, in-suite laundry, freshly painted rooms, HVAC, redone hardwood floors, and more. If there is a drawback it would be the parking. The two bedrooms come with an uncovered spot next to the building but the one bedroom owners need to park in a separate lot or purchase a covered spot if available. You could always just get a bike!
