Stonebridge Tower is one of my favorite high-rise condo options in Cleveland. It really has it all, the prices are extremely reasonable for a two bedroom and it offers a tax abatement and other incentives.

The best part, in my opinion, are the views, because Plaza is located in the Flats, most of the views are completely unobstructed. Owners enjoy lake views from the north, downtown skyline views to the east, and river views to the south. At night the views are illuminated by the multi-colored blue and white Detroit-Superior Bridge, the lights from the city, and even from the huge barges that come up and down the river at all hours.
