Briarglen

Even though it's not the tallest building around, Briarglen is one of my favorites because of where it is.  When you live here your back yard is basically the River Oaks District - Houston's newest luxury outdoor center.   Briarglen residents can avoid the cost and hassle of parking by taking a short stroll to some Houston's hottest restaurants, boutiques and an IPIC theatre.  The condos themselves feel like traditional homes with crown moulding, wood floors, marble baths and gourmet kitchens.  Built in 2005, Briarglen has modern condo touches you won't find in older buildings like floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceilings.  Building amenities at Briarglen include an outdoor pool, BBQ areas, resident deck and an exercise room.  If the exercise room isn't to your liking there's an Equinox Fitness Center within walking distance at the River Oaks District too.
