First Light

First Light is an innovative residential tower imagined and brought to life by Architects Westlight & James K.M. Cheng along with local artist John Hogan. This unique structure marries Hogan's brilliant glass work with Chen's progressive designs to create a building that is illuminated from every tip of its facade to the deepest layers within. The tower will also feature permanent art installations by John Hogan making it the largest installation of its kind in downtown Seattle. Located on the cusp of downtown and Belltown, First Light is just blocks from Pike Place Market, specialty shops like Paper Hammer, or the Olympic Sculpture Park.
