Developed by Create World Real Estate, The Emerald Condo Tower Development will occupy 1613 Second Avenue in Downtown Seattle's Pike Place Market neighborhood, the current location of Caffe D'Arte. The 400 foot tower will have 265 units and feature 4,726 square feet of retail space on 2 floors. Rooftop amenity space and terraces will feature unobscured westerly views to Puget Sound and the Olympics. The third floor hosts an additional deck as well as a fitness center and club room. The project is being designed to LEED silver standard.
