The Edmonds School project transformed the historic James Edmonds School into a collection of 20 condos and 4 townhomes. The building has been a Capitol Hill landmark since its completion in 1902 and its conversion honored the iconic architecture and details of the building. This union of traditional details and modern elements ultimately led to the buildings' recognition by winning the 2014 NAHB award for Best Small Condo Community of the year.
