Dupont Circle, even after all these years, is still where it’s at. Renowned restaurants like Komi and Little Serow. Entertainment spots and venues like DC Improv and The Phillips Collection. Packed bars like The Big Hunt and Sign of the Whale. The always-popular bookstore (and neighborhood institution), Kramerbooks. The circle itself, great for picnics and people watching. And it’s also where The Palladium is located, whose condo homes put you right at the nexus of all this excitement and energy. Dating back to 1974, the 10-story building offers residents the benefit of a 24-hour front desk, a roof deck and pool, and (in some units) a parking space and a private balcony. Many of the building’s 123 units have been renovated – some even double as offices. If you need to get around the city, you’ve got the Dupont Circle Metro right there for your convenience. But to be honest, you’d be better served strolling over to other nearby neighborhoods, including the 14th Street Corridor, Adams Morgan, and the U Street Corridor. Not many people can claim to live so close to so much.
